After receiving these sofas (dark charcoal Etna 3 seaters and the chair) I contacted the company to let them know how damaged they arrived and how different colour they are from the showroom I visited. The lady gave me a mobile number to send pictures to proof the damage. After send the pictures she mention that she would speak with the boss. Between calls and her been arrogant, she offered to collect both sofas for a collection fee of £200! Bear in mind, both sofas are heavily damaged, different colour and only the chair is comfortable to sit on. I paid £100 for delivery! I refused to pay £200, then she changed her mind, saying she would book a visit for someone to come and check if they are damage or not, and they would steam the sofas to remove damage! I told her I bought these 2 sofas, and they are suppose to be brand new sofas and not look like 10 years old used. Pictures speak for themselves and you can see how bad theses sofas arrived.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that any product sold ought to be: Fit for purpose As described Satisfactory quality Last a reasonable length of time You have a short-term right to reject within 30 days and request a full refund.

If I could, I would give 0 stars… We first seen this store on Instagram & it looked so promising! We were so excited to visit as the ‘hype’ on Instagram seemed worthy… however I was incredibly disappointed. We travelled over 1.5hours to come to this place & I can honestly say I should have gone with DFS round the corner to my home. The lady was extremely unhelpful, she didn’t really welcome or understand what we wanted even after giving her the measurements. They have barely any styles apart from the boring chunky sofas which isn’t really suitable to most homes in London now. She gave one word responses and was too interested in her lunch than to actually spend time getting to know our needs and wants. We decided to spend our money elsewhere. Not worth the travel or time.

Absolutely amazing service and even better sofa. I had an issue with a mark i found the day after it was delivered, they returned later that week and replaced the whole section - no hassle at all. The person who deals with the whatsapp is very very helpful and the two delivery are excellent. So very happy!! THANK YOU
