Been trying to return an unwanted item for 6 weeks, email response has been slow. Twice a collection has been arranged and the courier failed to turn up. Im now on the 3rd collection attempt and so far still no sign of the courier. An email to sofafans says they are away on holiday for 2 weeks. Do not use this company. Only giving 1 start as I have to to write a review.

I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH SOFAFANS - GOODS ARRIVED PROMPTLY (DESPITE NATIONAL DELIVERY DELAYS) BONNIE HAS COMMUNICATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THERE WAS A MISSING PART (CHAIR) BUT DEALT WITH AS QUICKLY AS LOCKDOWN WOULD ALLOW AND AS A GOODWILL GESTURE REFUNDED £20.00 FOR THE INCONVNIENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND
