I was a bit nervous about ordering from sofa workshop having read some of the negative experiences below but have to say that my experience so far has been fantastic. Having expressed my apprehension, i received a phone call from David who was personable, empathetic, rational and considered in the way he addressed my misgivings. Thereafter my dealings with Jenny the sales rep managing my order have been smooth and obstacle free. She has been very responsive, helpful and reliable and is a pleasure to deal with. So far they have delivered on all their promises. We love the sofa and chair we have purchased.

I wish to tell you that 17yrs ago I bought a large 3 seater sofa and a chair. Each coming out as a Sofa bed but this was not obvious. I saw this in the shop in a VERY PALE PINK. Whatever came over I dont know but I bought it. 3 cats and 3 grandchildren later it is as beautiful as ever. The pink has very slightly lightened as the cushion covers have gone through several washes over the years. Highly recommended by Me. Regards Lucia

Decent quality but overpriced. The delivery was massively delayed due to their incompetence. Firstly they didn’t process the order, then they had the wrong address, then they said they’ll come and no one came. Terrible experience. The only reason I give two stars instead of two is that I received compensation for the inconvenience.

Worst experience ever. Stay clear. They're incredibly incompetent, dishonest, unhelpful, hopeless and borderline rude. They lost half of our sofa and only delivered the other half (took us weeks of e-mails, calls and threats to get the other half). And we've just discovered they never activated the insurance we bought and paid for a year and a half ago (luckily we still had all the paperwork and receipts). We're having a lot of trouble to get them to activate it now and have to keep calling them and visiting the store to MAKE THEM do it. This is appalling, dishonest and probably illegal. They sold us the insurance and then just pocketed the money, never actually insuring the sofa. How hard can it be to actually get what you've paid for??? Someone should probably take these guys to court for conning people like they do.
