AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! They will not refund me ! They don't mention u have to pay £129 for a refund to get Ur own money back !!! when they send u a sofa but no pillows so I just have a frame 😳 after it was 2 weeks late and Amazon are no help either ! Please don't waste Ur money go to DFS

This place as the worst customer service I have ever come across, we ordered a corner sofa, we got the wrong one, we rang them up and asked for a exchange to the right one, they agreed to swap it, said they will swap it this morning, at a cost of £89 cash on delivery we agreed, they have not turned up been ringing all morning no reply, then he as switched his phone of its appalling business. If you order a sofa from these I hope for your sake there is nothing wrong with it. The only reason I gave one star is because if you don’t rate them you can’t give a review, because they didn’t turn up I have cancelled it, they want £179 to pick it back up, I got a courier who as charged £75 big difference. They also put one wrong letter on the post code so be careful they really make it difficult to send things back. Let’s see how the courier gets on today,
