I went to soco therapies for low back and neck pain and bad posture, I saw the osteopath Jayde who treated me with massage, acupuncture, and manipulation. I also saw James the sport therapist for some exercises and sport's massage. I feel a massive difference and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for help with any aches and pains or just a sport's massage!

I booked an appointment with James the sports therapist for my ongoing knee pain. I found the session informative and actually fun. I had been worried about my knee for a while so it was a great relief to have more information about what was causing the pain and finding solutions to fix it. James has also set up an exercise/stretching plan for me between sessions which is super helpful and will get my body back in balance and working pain-free again. 100% recommend!

I am so, extremely thankful for having found SoCo Therapies; I had accumulated so much stiffness, aches and pains and recently that I was feeling it was time to give up all exercise and just retire to my bed, especially if it was going to result in this... Jayde (Fowler M.Ost) in just a few short weeks has treated and realigned my body until it... no longer hurts! I actually have been getting up and experiencing my day with a spring in my step, finding myself actually wondering, why..? Thank you Jayde, you are a god send!
