They are excellent in sourcing contracts, however communication is dreadful. I'm in a good post right now but I don't always gets responses to my requests and concerns. It's reaching a point where I might have to consider my options as it seems as though I'm being a nuisance.

Scarlet Dvas was great in getting me a post. Unfortunately the compliance team leave a lot to be desired. I have been offered a permanent post which has and is still being delayed due to Social Personnel not providing a reference in good time. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for this reference to be submitted. I have hence been unnecessarily out if work and income due solely to Social Personnel. In the current financial climate, I am devastated this is the case & despite chasing on a daily basis have been unable to expedite the request. This has been incredibly poor and for this reason alone I would not recommend this agency.
