Very Rude Needed refils for two propane bottles and had an empty helium bottle that I wanted to enquire if it needed returning to them for disposal or not as not sure what you are supposed to do with it as a pressurised container. Had only bought propane gas cylinders once before and that shop has since closed so was unsure of the proceedure regarding the deposit I had paid on the bottle and how to get a refill Was taken out to my car by member of staff who told me to throw the helium canister in my bin (Fair enough) and then started asking me for proof of purchase for the two propane cylinders I already had - Explained I purchased one from now closed shop in town and the other was supplied with a purchase on ebay (Beer brewing equipment) which I could prove on the ebay app He told me they would not do anything as they could be stolen and that I would need to bring reciepts in and walked off No clue as to what to do to get my refills so I left and went elsewhere who were more than happy to supply with refilled cylinders for my two Would not recomend as was very abrupt and non helpful

Too expensive, £53 for a 13kg propane bottle and there is only 5% VAT for this product. A 15kg bag of charcoal is polluting a lot more but is cheaper, therefore I don't understand why is so expensive to do a less polluting bbq? There can't be any good news when you charge £53 for a 13kg gas bottle. LPG is £0.66 per litre and it is the same gas. Your gas is 6 times more expensive, therefore I can't see where is the good news.
