Each of the individuals that have taken the time to allow me to confide in them, keep in constant contact and encourage me to succeed in getting better truly are the salt of the earth. For all of those people out there feeling alone and scared then please, please consider using this service it literally has not only changed my mindset but saved my life.   I was in a real bad place and had been trying to stop drinking by myself. Called the doctors and got signposted to another service but there was a wait that I just didn't have time for. Luckily I'd managed not to spend all my savings and was recommended a 7 day home detox. 2 days later the meds arrived and I started straight away. I had 4 supervised phone calls everyday from Diane who was so reassuring on every call. By day 3 I was starting to feel better as Diane promised. I completed the detox and can't recommend enough to anyone who needs to get sober. I'm now 4 days sober, back to work and can feel my life awakening again. Thank you Diane and the team, I owe you my life xxx

  What can I say been a alcoholic for 30 years and only a young 51 lol. Went to a 4 week residential rehab three years ago and just finished my detox in 7 days in house with Diane who was magnificent amazing and a rock. Genuine professional and very very supportive, not only has she changed my life I honestly think she has saved my life along with her collogues. Can not thank them enough. You may think you are at rock bottom with no where to go believe me you will soon be on top and I don't do compliments easy. Never thank you enough Diane for changing my life. Never went to a AA meeting but with Diane I now attend 2 a week. Doing my 1st zoom meeting tonight and looking forward to it. Not only do they help with the drink but also you confidence.   Through my Son discovery this most outstanding company , I have changed in so many positive ways within a week of detox . Two weeks ago I could see no end to my alcoholism and after searching for help for many , many years and hitting brick walls and being let down by so many services. I came to the conclusion that eventually I would probably either be dead by the time I was fifty , as the alcohol controlled every aspect of my life . My family couldn’t understand the reasons why I needed to go down the dark self destructive road and my beautiful children were at their wits end knowing in their words that I have a beautiful soul . My whole life changed when my son found the company. All the team have gone that extra mile and they all are like saving angels . I cannot thank them enough! Always there regardless for any form of support I need . My life has now changed thanks to the team and I’ve discovered with the right team anything is possible and I’m grateful that I’ve had a smooth detox . That’s because I trusted them and took on board any advice that was offered to me . They’ve all made me feel like a human being and somebody that has worth . They have been my saving grace . Now my life will change forever thanks to them and also for my commitment and trust from them .

  My partner has been an alcoholic for appx 20 years . He is not a social drinker who drinks to relax he drinks to forget . He keeps having 3 months off it then falls off the wagon. This July I had enough. He moved out and drank most days. I initially contacted Diane who was great from the outset but Phil said he could do it on his own. He didn’t and I was done. He then contacted Diane off his own back and did the 10 day detox. He is going to his 2nd AA meeting this week and has had turning point. He has started reading self help books and seems to be listening to Diane’ and the groups daily guidance. I am hopeful that the 12 months aftercare will get him into a routine that will become his life and free us from the addiction. What I have found most amazing that even before phil decided to pay for the detox Diane kept in touch proving that she really did want the best for him. I cannot thank Diane enough and would highly recommend. Thanks so much I’m at last hopeful x

  So far do good. Very straightforward procedure to follow. Very professional service , assessment by a doctor to ensure suitability, then a safe and supervised detox. Diane is with you all the way during and after and is the driving force behind the program. Only just finished detox and started AA meetings, which again without Diane, I would struggle with. You got nothing to lose and everything to gain by listening and learning. Phil
