I stopped drinking alcohol in January 2021 and can highly recommend Andy’s course and after course support material. Doing this has changed my life. Whether you want to cut down or stop completely, the course makes it easy and you won’t look back - except to think about how much better life is without hangovers and depression, and how great it is to have a clear head, more money and a hugely happier life. This is a thinking persons course for those who have fully functional lives but also drink more than they would like and who may not have access to, or wish to access community services. There is a fee, but the savings make it a gift very quickly. Just do it, your best life starts here.
