Having used the NFU for over 10 years, I've found them very helpful in both a commercial role and domestic. They have a great personal touch to the way they do business, which nowadays is rare. Not the cheapest for everything, but having made quite a few claims over the years, they have been swift to respond, keeping me well informed and have paid out promptly without next years premiums going up! Could not recommend them enough, and well worth a phone call if you value personal service and people that actually care about their customers.

They are all a great team here. I have all my insurance with them and have made claims for pets, house and on my business insurance. They have all be paid out quickly, but the best thing is that I only have to deal with a small team and I get to know exactly who I'm speaking with for a much more personal experience compared with any other insurance company. They make any claims easy and straight forward... which is exactly what you need when you need to claim! I doubt I will ever use any other company!
