Was told this morning they would be here to collect at 2pm. Phoned again at 3:45 to be told someone would phone me back. Phoned again at 4:15 and told again someone would phone me back. No one available to deal with this problem. No collection , just taking my details and no action being taken. In the mean time I have 20 plus sacks blocking my downstairs office. As a HGV driver loading there, I found them very professional and helpful. I’d never been before and everyone was helpful, gave clear instructions and guided me where needed. I arrived early and they was happy to accept me and they loaded my 40’ container in 40 minutes. DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS if you’re loading - you must enter the site from the road so the entrance is on your RIGHT as there’s (apparently) a width restriction further down the road past the site entrance. As you enter the site drive to the left of the office building straight onto the weight bridge where you can talk to the staff at the window on your right. Staff will direct you where to go after that. Once loaded, before you leave you must use the other weigh bridge which is located to the right of the office building. I did see a review about no toilet facilities - I asked to use the toilet and the staff member was happy to help and showed me exactly where they were rather than just point me in the rough direction. On the whole - helpful friendly staff, quick loading and facilities available. I’d be happy to go there again. Well done team 👍🏻
