I have used many dry cleaners in my time & can honestly say this company have little regard for their customers clothing or how they clean them and should re-brand themselves as " So not impressed " I collected my suits to find they had been overly pressed basically killing the fabric and damaging the drape and roll of the lapels , my linings have become brittle so I suspect they have used the wrong cleaning fluid. Upon closer inspection in store my suits were still grubby and had creasing in the arm areas. The lady declined to resolve the issue and stated they had done a good job and kept the £26 . Why would anyone accept this treatment lying down or not remember who did it ! 08-01-2022 3 years to reply 1. I would like to confirm that indeed it was your company . 2. The money you say is incorrect was paid for 2 suits 3.My review is honest and my complaint was made in store so you will find it will stand with Google . 4.Maybe you should treat your customers complaints with a little more respect and be more humble rather than suggesting they have amnesia or have mistaken you for another company . .. If the job was done well why ? 5. Have a look at the reviews others have left of your service they are not great either are they ? suggesting to Sarah that your unhappy customers are malicious demonstrates your mindset and unwillingness to accept you did a bad job. We all have bad days but your arrogance here as an owner and lack of care for my property is unbelievable .. For the Record I have worked in Textiles for 25 plus years and indeed you are to be avoided as a cleaner and my opinion of you as an owner seems to be correct , you don't care , My suits cost me a lost of money ! I am neither Malicious or Delusional .... Just unhappy a point you have never accepted or listened to .

Do not use this firm for alterations. Hubby asked for sleeves on a suit to be taken up. Nearly 3 weeks they had it shocking work still to long. Attitude was wear it to funeral like it and we'll fix it after. Heavily priced alterations. Bad attitude from staff

Countless bad experience only kept going back and it was local, now having to travel further afield for dry cleaning service. 1) Lost the dress I was wearing to wedding. 2) Twice clothes returned still dirty with no mention of unable to get marks out. 3) Terrible customer service for 1 and 2. Still had to paid and 'So Impressed' didn't seems to think there was an issue!
