    Spend 10 pound a week there got there at 3 today she was reluctant to let me use a machine although they shut at 4. She was rattling keys at me at 3.55 had to take out of dryer leaving money in machine. Wont use again v rude.

    I had a maxi dress altered. A straightforward taking up by 5". The dress had not been taken up the 1st time I went to collect. The second time I was able to collect my dress. Grim. The hem uneven and the material all twisted.

    I have used CCDC for over 10 years as my company use a voucher system called Peas so I had to find a place that would accept the same. I put in at least 5 items a month ( suits) .Consistent level of service and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The level of cleaning is high , I have not to date had any issues with items ( figure over 600 items ) . I can recommend 100%

    Terrible customer service and attitude would not take responsibility for marking brand new curtains yet still charged me £89 for the pleasure. Avoid at all costs and please go elsewhere before you have to deal with these people

    Had brand new curtains taken up , they came back with a blood stain on them , took them back and accussed us of burning them. Bad service all the way. £200 curtains ruined .

    Have used Crystalclean for dry cleaning clothes without any issues for a number of years so when we had a lounge refurbishment back in January 2018 we packed up our 6 year old curtains and sent them to be professionally cleaned. The charge for cleaning curtains was £79.43 for the 2 sets. After collecting curtains, I went to hang them and immediately noticed the material had been flattened across half of the curtain. After laying out both sets of curtains out the damage was consistent with a machine crushing the fabric. We returned to the shop and the assistant who dealt with us was shocked at the damage and agreed that something was not right. We left them with them to be inspected by a senior member of the company. My wife had a call from Paul Ronayne who was very intimidating and condescending over the phone and wouldn’t listen to anything my wife had to say. He insisted that they were cleaned in accordance with the label instructions and said the damage was consistent with age and therefore nothing can be done. He also accused us of damaging our own curtains with a steam iron in order to claim for a new set of curtains, this was entirely untrue. We then approached the CAB who informed us to get a professional independent inspection of the curtains and then lodge a small claims claim against them. The independent inspection was £130 plus associated court costs and more importantly the time involved. So we decided against this as the curtains monetary value made it futile. We asked for at least our money back for the cleaning cost incurred but this was flatly refused… We have since replaced them but thought I would leave this as a warning to anyone looking to get their curtains cleaned by this company.
