After ruining a zip on a nearly new jacket, i found Joanne site and gave her a call. As the zip on my coat had a covering flap with press studs, it wernt the easiest task to replace it. Joanne explained all the possible problems but was very positive in her view about the job!. I obtained a comparable heavy duty zip from on line and took the coat down. Im pleased to say that i am over the moon with the result, Joanne did a fantastic job. I would recommend Joanne to anyone, her standard of work is second to none. I found Joanne a few days ago and went to see her yesterday afternoon, although I didn't book an appointment by phone, but I saw on the website that she was open on Saturdays, which I was very happy about, so we got in the car and drove to her from Pontefract Joanne was very responsive even though I didn't make an appointment by phone and her grandchildren were with her, but she was very kind and helpful at my disposal She sewed my pants and bikini very quickly and precisely Joanne is very nice and made my day with her personality and how helpful she was. I am very grateful to her and thank you very much for your flexibility. Next time, if I need her, I will only use his services. Rung this lady up on Friday about some alterations needed on our curtains told us to drop them same day and they would be ready in around 3 days got a message following day they were ready to collect. She quoted us 35.00 and knocked off 5.00.
