I recently had my eyebrows done by Sheun who did a fantastic job. The studio is very modern and clean. I have the ombre eyebrow styling and was very impressed with the outcome. Sheun is great, she took time and care in explaining the process, the colour recommendations and the aftercare. I had my brows done in Jan 23, we're coming to the end of April and I didn't have a second application done, there has been no discolouration and my brows are still looking very nice. My experience with SO Brows was pretty much perfect. The booking process was seamless, and Sheun was very responsive. On the day, Sheun explained the process, and because this was my first time, she reassured me and gave her expert opinion to help my decisions. During the procedure, she was very professional, checking in and making sure I was comfortable. When she was done, I was very happy with my brows, and then she talked me though the after care. Sheun checked in a few days later, and I thought that was really lovely. When I went back for my second appointment after six weeks, Sheun assessed my brows and there was no top up required. She threaded the brows and honestly, they were perfect. Sheun checked in again a few weeks after to make sure I was still happy with my brows. All my interactions with Sheun have been professional and pleasant. Her customer service is top notch and the quality of the treatment is so good. SO Brows is my go to for my brows and lashes.
