Really fast delivery, and am so thrilled with these sandals! I struggle to get comfortable but pretty shoes,as have arthritis in feet, and they swell. These sandals are so comfortable, but stylish. Lovely fitting. Il be back for more!!!

Shocking customer service. My wife ordered a pair of slippers which cost over £40. They arrived with a receipt stating that they cost £19.99. The receipt clearly described the slippers. They are still on the website at full price. She queried this with the company asking if she had been overcharged. She got a very curt response stating simply that she had not been overcharged. No explanation, no apology, no offer to send out a receipt showing the correct amount. So she emailed them again asking for an explanation and a correct invoice - got zero response. Why would a company deliberately send out fake invoices? Highly suspicious. Won't be using them again.

If it wasn't for the quick delivery I would give 0 stars. First of all they took the money despite not having the product I ordered in stock - they then called to offer alternatives which okay but still not what I really wanted. When the slippers arrived, they are comfy and feel fairly sturdy but they are most definitely NOT lined with wool. It is clearly some form of acrylic type material. I won't be ordering again.
