Jo & Adi really care,they are warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond when our Dolly took ill, we highly recommend them for their care and compassion.Wouldn’t consider using anywhere else.Our Damien is always relaxed and groomed when we collect him, he’s a very timid cat and it’s obvious he likes his stay.

What can I say about snuggle inn! Just fantastic, Jo and Adie work so hard to make sure Yuki and Meeko are loved and looked after so well. You can see they are cat lovers when you meet them, Jo is great on the phone and is very friendly and helps support you with your bookings and if things change they bend over backwards to try and help you. I have just had a very stressful exchange and complete on a house in Devon and no cattery's in Devon for this week could take my two but Jo and Adie managed to help and look after them to move, they were lifesavers and without them we wouldnt be able to move. The cats are always super relaxed when I pick them up Adie treats them like his own so loving to them. If you have cats you haven't had long or want to go away and never put them in the cattery or nervous about leaving them like me. Snuggle inn is the place for you. Me and the cats will massively miss snuggle inn I wish they move to Devon ha! Here is a photo of my two cats when starting to pack and only leaving the new open boxes for a few minutes they both thought they were for them!!

We left our cat Ness with these lovely people over Christmas. They very kindly provided video and picture updates when asked politely which was much appreciated. We were apprehensive in leaving our cat with anyone but she certainly had a lot to say when we brought her back home. In sure it was all good! We certainly felt like she was in good hands Would definitely use again. Bonus cat pics.

We used the Snuggle Inn for 9 days whilst we went on holiday this year. They were fantastic. The drop off and collection was friendly and simple. Pepper can be quite anxious but when we picked her up we could see she had been well looked after and was at ease in her little room. The man we saw said she had cuddles and brushes most days, we know she is in good hands for any future stays!
