As a coeliac I find it difficult to avoid cross contamination at ice cream places however these guys are so clued up! As soon as I mentioned I have coeliac disease they washed their hands, wore gloves, used a fresh scoop and fresh tub of the ice cream I chose to avoid any possible risks, super tasty ice cream too 😊 Dietary restrictions: Suitable for coeliac, aware of cross contamination, also have gf cones

We visited Snugburys by the River yesterday, There was a huge queue for the ice cream, but i was amazed by how quickly we were served, the staff worked extremely quickly to get the queue down, while giving 100% customer service. The ice cream was absolutely delicious! A member of staff checked on us to ensure we were ok, and the toilets were very clean. We will definitely be returning. Kid-friendliness: The children were given some colouring sheets, and the staff were very friendly chatting to them.
