Richard arrived when he said he would. He is very professional and did a very good job insulating the ceiling of our basement. He completed additional things to improve the overall quality of his work and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely have him do work again and totally recommend him.

Brilliant service from Richard at Snug Spaces. On his first viewing of my property today we received a lot of fantastic advice about the low cost effective measures we can take to insulate our home . As well as our initial research for triple glazing fitment, internal and external insulation . Richard answered all of my queries about the relative cost effectiveness, affordability and how the work could better be phased to limit disruption of other projects and keep on track with our budget. Richard's approach was very user friendly. Giving the straight forward advice needed without jargon - he helped us better see where to focus our efforts, the priorities and how a phased approach of our retrofit work would help us see the benefits as we progressed. We are very grateful and know we will be calling on Snug Spaces when we are ready to start our project and also for some training! Thankyou Richard for helping to steer us in the right direction.
