WORLD PEACE
I give 1 star based some objective points. Not based on my happy emotions after ski. 1. 0/5 for cleanness and organisation - rental area smell is a nightmare, compare it to an unwashed armpit after a hot day, the Snozone smells much worse. There urgently need some venting system to get fresher air in the Cafe/ rental area... Otherwise it feels no difference than sitting near a smelly toilet to eat. - Simply disgusting. 2. 0/5 Rental equipment cleaning - I don't know if they use warmer to dry boots after each day of rental. But the ski/ boards are so poorly maintained, they got so much frictions and broken bottoms that you don't even gain speed. And I bet they have never been cleaned/ waxed ever. They looked dirty and have been war-field tested like. Helmets never been cleaned/ sanitised. 3. 2/5 Ski slope management - They often organise events in the morning / noon, so that means normal re-creational users cannot enjoy at all after those event users's aggressive skiing and boarding. The slope will look so much like a war zone, uneven, easy to fall over when you ski/ board over those places. Just wondering why not organising those racing events / Park layouts in late evening or other time? That's the best for both recreational skiers and pros. 4. 0/5 Lift maintenance - Taking the lift up will hurt your crouch because there is no snow, friction is worse than a bowling lane. They got 2 Lifts but there's always one running, which is pretty slow because it's the same one they use for the coaching slope, learners fell over quite often and it takes long to goes up to the top. While the other lift remained closed.... In Short people who can give five star is either: 1. Had a good time there, never ski/snowboard before. 2. Just being unhelpful for future customer and google review users because you never think.
