I’m in the process of purchasing a new Volvo. I’m not that local and found an excellent deal online at their Southampton branch. The offer had expired but gave my details and requirements to Tom Byrne, one of the sales staff. Within a few hours I had received an offer to match the original and a delivery date of only 2 weeks.
