Got my Yaris today. The description of the car, the personal video, the communication, all superb. I was treated in the way I would imagine someone buying and expensive new car would be, even though this was the cheapest used Toyota in the country (from main dealers). Salesperson Zuzanna was outstanding. No pressure, just a friendly, knowledgeable answer to all my questions, and as efficient as can be. This experience would lead me to contacting the same person for future cars, it really was that good. Oh, and the car is great!
