Snows have looked after our motoring requirements most of this century. Gemma Smith is the excellent interface with the service guys and ourselves, the recent first service to our hybrid Yaris being Wayne and Neil Carter. The cars are always returned in sparkling condition while Toyota's fabled reliability able demonstrated by our 03 Yaris diesel still running like the proverbial sewing machine. My only gripe is the removal of your collection & delivery service which means one of us loses the best part of a day waiting for any works to be completed. - RR

I was a bit confused with my service and mot. I was called to say that my rear washer wasn’t working and it would be nearly £400 to fix. I was a bit shocked as it was working when I dropped it off and Iv never had any issues with it. So the lady on the phone said oh it must be intermittently working and I said no it’s never not worked. So I said no to the repair. When I got in my car to pick it up. I tried the rear washer and what a surprise it worked. So when I got home I called the service desk to tell her there was nothing wrong with it. Again she replied it must be intermittent. I said you sure it was even my car that he checked and didn’t mix it up with another car. No she said. So I’m very confused and now wondering if you’re trying to pull a fast one to get me to pay out for something that didn’t neeed Doing. So not very happy at all with your service. It just seemed I was thobed off on the phone as you knew what you was doing ?
