Good service but poor time slot options. Only option drop off at 8am pickup at 10am. Did not hear about car so dropped in at 5pm, had to wait while paperwork etc was done. On service paper showed service started at 3:30pm (why take car in at 8am during rush hour?) Last service booked on line given 1pm time slot (good) but Snows phoned next day and told they don't book that way any more (8am drop off). Spoke to service reception and told works well for business planning (not good for customer!!!!!) In future if time slots are still same I will look for alternative service provider.
