Purchased an Audi a4 initially I thought the car was ok but did find it funny how the car wasn’t properly washed on the day when I came to pick it up. the car started to develop a smell of burning oil and on further inspection the car had been in a crash at some point ,bonnet & headlight not lining up and back arch is badly repaired , was told that’s it’s a mass produced car , pictures and proof supplied and they admitted that it does look like it was crashed and repaired but no redress offered for this. Samuel The business manager rang me , he was quite abrupt he offered to investigate the smell of burning oil but totally disregarded the body work issues , I currently have a chargeback open with my card company as the car cannot be driven and snows didn’t want to entertain me ,Samuel accused me of not giving the company a change to comment on the issues I have with the car , details pictures were supplied , the whole experience has been dreadful , I simply wanted a safe car that I can go from a to b without having to worry , this is not what I got I am now stuck without a car I can drive and £13500 down the drain. I did give Samuel and the company many times to make things right, I didn’t want to write this review but I believe people should know before you buy anything from here , it’s still not late to make things right ! *update nobody has attempted to call me since despite several promises to, will have to take further legal action if nobody gets in touch*

What a great experience I had today at to good to auction Southampton. Amazing selection of cars available and what was even nicer is the salesman helping me try out the boot sizes for the pushchair. Knowledge of the sales team was great! Even got a welcoming hello from the sales manager George! Looking forward to collect my new car from you soon!

I never write reviews but this is a first. If I could I would give 0. Neil is an angel in your business, he has helped me more then the manager George and Nathan himself, as they are so quick to dismiss. If you want to make business with them make sure you only deal with Neil as he’s the one actually making the business strive. I’m waiting over a month for my money back as I had to pay for a repair without this being my fault. The manager George clearly doesn’t open his mail box and so does Nathan. So quick to take money of you but when it comes to dealing with the issue caused everyone runs away. So quick to dismiss you on the phone and when you’re trying to get answers no answers given but wasting time constantly calling the business and writing emails with no reply for over 13 days. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
