Avoid buying from these at all costs!!! Purchased a 69 plate Mercedes A-Class from these guys and drove the car back all the way to Leeds to discover both passenger wheels severely buckled and unsafe to drive. All this started when I noticed the tracking to be out and the car to be pulling to the left, I booked the car in to be looked at local to myself as instructed to find not only the wheels to be buckled but also all the under trays to be smashed and an arch liner around the wheel to be also smashed! We dealt with Kieran and he was fantastic throughout the process of buying the vehicle but the after sales service from this company is an absolute joke! I was fobbed off in regards to the damage to the under trays and arch liner as they claimed it was “fair wear and tear”. I was then told they would cover the costs of replacing the alloys and I was to get a quote for this, I was then told they would send to wheels to my home address to which I said I need the car and could they pay a garage local to myself for me to get the car back roadworthy any quicker. They then agreed to do so and I was to send them an invoice for this which I have done. I’ve had the vehicle 4 weeks and not been able to use the car at all and this issue has still not been sorted! Just bear this in mind if you’re looking at buying a vehicle from these guys…

Another year comes around, and it is time to think about getting the car through it's MoT test. As has become the norm, Michelle Falwasser had sent a timely email to remind me and to see about booking the car in. Yet again Michelle was able to provide an excellent customer service experience and accommodating my requirements with flexibility and professionalism and a friendly email interaction. Add to this that I know I will receive great service from the team at the garage dealing with the car, and I can't see many reasons for going elsewhere .

Although I expected a long wait as a full service does take time, after 3 and 1/2 hours the full valet service that I received last time was not able to completed which is a real shame as it is a lot of money so not as impressed as last year. The price is the same, but the service significantly reduced. I would recommend going to a cheaper garage if I owned the vehicle.
