Chris helped find the perfect deal for me. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and did this in a quick and efficient manner. He was really accommodating and sent me a personalised video of the vehicle I was interested in to show me the details up close. The whole process from start to finish was easy, enjoyable and straightforward. I was unable to view the car for a week post being sent the video so Chris allowed me to pay a £250 deposit to hold the car until I was able to see it in person. I was assured this £250 would be refundable if I hadn’t have liked the car and wanted to proceed with the purchase. When I did visit, Chris allowed me to test drive and took me out to show me all of the equipment on the car. On the day I picked up my new car, the traffic was bad so I was late arriving. Chris stayed for 50 minutes past his finish time to ensure I could pick up my car and finalise payment etc. I did not feel rushed and he made sure I was fully happy before driving away. He even sat in the car with me and my partner to show us again the equipment it had. I am really happy with my new car and would like to thank Chris for being extremely helpful. There was a slight issue with my finance agreement after I had finalised the purchase. Chris was on holiday so was unable to deal with this issue. In his place, Nick sorted the problem and, although it is still in the process of being dealt with, was also accommodating to ensure the problem was rectified as soon as possible. I would like to thank Snows Peugeot Newbury for all of their support and assistance whilst I was buying a car from them. I would 100% recommend to a friend!

Just bought a Peugeot from the guys at snows, fantastic car and fantastic service all round. Couple of bits had to be done to the car before I could collect it which was no bother at all as it shows the staff were making sure the car was perfect before collection. Jason was brilliant kept me posted and all round very smooth process. Will be going back to the guys at snows for the next upgrade!

I am new to Peugeot and had no idea I was going to buy one! However, I was soon won over by the striking looks of the new 408 GT and following a test drive soon found myself seriously discussing the purchase of the 408.
