    Bought a new Mini from Zoe at Snows, Newport,Isle of Wight. Very professional remote customer service. Car transported to Suffolk by the excellent Russel Weight transport. Good garage’s don’t need to be on your doorstep !

    Car delivered at 8.05hrs. Condition vid which is a waste of time and money sent to me at 16hrs, by which time I was on my way to pick up the car. Car not finished, new drive belt required not in stock and had to wait for over 30 mins for the car. Returned next day for the drive belt to be fitted. Asked you to check new tyres, as two fitted previous evening and the pressure alarm kept going off. You took it for a drive and advised fine as it just needed a reset. About 100metres down the road it bleeped again. You had failed to check the pressures! I went to a pump, set them at the correct pressures and all fine now. You did not fit the tyres BUT you should have checked the pressures shouldn't you!! All in all an annoying experience.
