A good experience buying from Snows Jeep. Morgan was polite and professional and provided the information I needed to commit to buying at a distance. On arrival in Southampton he was prepared to collect me from an early flight to look over and test drive the vehicle. This is a review to reflect the helpfulness of the service staff, Karl in particular. I enquired after servicing of my Ram truck. Whilst they were unable to assist me in servicing it themselves Karl went out of his way to find somewhere that could locally and provided me the details in a timely follow up. I have previously used the company to service my Jeep SRT but found the assistance provided today first class and often sadly lacking elsewhere. Thank you.

Had a problem with my Jeep Cherokee that garage on Isle of Wight couldn’t solve, I contacted Snows in Southampton and spoke to Dan who was more than helpful in advising me and making arrangements for me to book my car in. When I attended days later I was met by Dan who was the most friendly and positive front face of Snows who took over to solve the problem while making us feel valued customers all the while keeping us informed of the progress! Two hours later we left happy with the repair and Dan’s excellent customer care! Highly recommended!
