    02/08/2023 I had a bad experience with "Snows Jeep Portsmouth". After explaining to one of the staff that my problem was that there was extraneous noise when driving over 60-70 miles / hour, they took up troubleshooting by offering me an additional oil change in the engine. The next day they called me and said that it was possible to pick up the car, but they did not eliminate the noise, replacing only the oil in the engine, which created additional problems for me, because they filled the engine with oil much higher than the level for this type of engine. Due to the fact that the oil level in the engine was much higher than the maximum, after 400 miles of driving, It began to pop up an oil pressure loss error in the engine. Thus, they not only did not eliminate the problem with which I arrived, but also created additional problems for me with the Jeep Cherokee car.

    I can highly recommend Snows Jeep at Portsmouth having recently purchased my nearly new Jeep Compass from them. My enquiry was picked up by Carmen McKerr who has been an exemplar of excellent customer service and attention to detail. Carmen (and Snows) made the whole process of choosing then buying a car incredibly easy. There were no pushy sales techniques and hinting that the car I’d only seen online might go if I didn’t act now (yes I have experienced that with other dealerships!). Carmen answered all questions knowledgeably and if she didn’t know was honest to say “let me find out how that works on this car” and provided clear videos to show the car and highlight particular features. Although I live a 4-hour round trip from Portsmouth, the quality of the car and customer service made the journeys worthwhile, right down to Carmen searching for dealerships close to home where I can have my Jeep serviced and asking if she could call after a few days to find out how I am getting on with the Jeep. Very pleased with my choice of Jeep Compass and Snows.
