I've always been extremely happy with the service provided by Snows. If there's a guy in the car park, I seem to get a friendly welcome after I park the car and make my way to the buidling. This time April Berryman from the Service department dealt with me and I found her very friendly and most helpful. I like it when you can talk openly with someone on your first meeting. Car was booked in for an oil service. Welcome.ed on arrival and given the option of self check in or with a service manager. I opted for to speak with someone as I was going to wait on the premises. I spoke with Gary who said the notes on the system stated that the car needed to be ready by 13.30. I said that I was going to wait and as I had no longer had any other form of transport. Could it be done ASAP. He got it back to me an hour earlier. Thanks Gary. The free coffee was a blessing!
