During a recent visit to the Isle of Wight, I had cause to ask for help from Snows BMW service department at very short notice. The service team were super helpful and moved heaven and earth to accommodate me at such short notice, so a massive thank you to them. I would also like to thank the sales team who kindly gave me use of an office while I was there. I can't say enough good things about this dealership to do them justice, but needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. I dealt with Zoe (all online). She was attentive, answered my questions, met my required delivery date and made a personalised video. Didn’t need to test drive this car as you get what you pay for with a BMW Used Approved car. The car is in overall excellent condition for the age and mileage. I would highly recommend this company. They seem on the ball. Didn’t push after sales and extra packages, but did inform me about them all. Thank you Zoe, the delivery driver and the team for getting it ready in time to meet my tight timelines. Nailed it!
