They’re a big name. You hope to be able to trust them. But each time I’ve gone they find a lot wrong with your car, potentially and in the future. Where I can imagine many just say do it. Even though disks are half worn, or tyres still have 4mm of tread etc. I had a handle which had come loose and they quoted a new one as only way @ £220 on-top of a full service @ £320! I said surely it can be fixed. They said no. I went elsewhere and got handle fixed at £45 and guess what full service £260 and they’re Fiat specialists. I don’t mind paying higher amounts as long as get honest advice. I didn’t feel I did and glad I shopped around. You’ve lost my custom.

Not sure if it’s just my experience but these guys made it so complicated to actually buy a car I went elsewhere. Terrible communications, promises of a presentation video that never came. I gave up and ended buying elsewhere. A shame as they used to be good.
