Expected delivery of a shed on a weekday with a time slot arranged, shed never turned up and no communication from the office to say that there was a delay. Bad customer service and won't be reccomending to anyone. (edit) Reply below from them states their previous job overran, fine but at least phone and let me know! Its not exactly difficult is it! Owner contacted me to offer a free tin of sealant for the terrible customer service, guess what... that never turned up! Seems like I am not the only negative reviewer complaining about bad customer service.

Bought my new shed in August and 3 guys arrived shortly before 9.30am today to install it. By 10.45am they had built the new one and dismantled and removed the old knackered shed. Really quick and professional job. Shed looks great and my garden facelift is really taking shape. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks!
