I took my father to purchase a walking aid. The staff member who served us was polite, friendly, helpful & professional. She also was helpful with discussions/demonstrations around a different item that we stated we may not be buying yet. The premises were clean & well stocked. Only issue - the latter item was near the door & our movement kept causing the automatic door to constantly open & close - very distracting & the traffic noise from outside was a nuisance for both my father & I due hearing impairments. Overall though we were well looked after. Happy to go again.
