Arrived for our session which had been booked more than 6 weeks in advance as a birthday gift to be told they weren’t able to give us our session as we were 30min “late” to the session, although we had arrived at the correct time I had been told. Clearly there had been a mistake made their end which happens at times - but the way the staff handled the situation was very unprofessional and rude!

This was my 2nd visit to Snowdonia Riding Stables (1st visit in 2018) and again a highlight on my visit to North Wales. My horse 🐎 was called Charlie, he was pretty laid back and his pace was a yard behind the others which was fine by me 😊. The scenery was brilliant and my guide was friendly and also brilliant. Highly recommended.

My daughter absolutely loved every minute of her 2½ hour group hack riding "Peaches". She came back beaming from ear to ear and has made me promise that we'll come back on our next visit to N. Wales.

Had a fantastic ride into the Snowdonian hills! Im a beginner and my Mrs is well versed on a horse and we were both well catered for and had so much fun! Incredible views, super friendly staff and fantastic looking horses. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you very much! Definitely coming back for ride no.2 on Teddy!

I requested a horse that could canter and go quickly. Spent the majority of my ride trying to quick a slow and old horse to trot. Horse was very slow and I spent more time kicking to try and keep up then actually enjoying the ride. Staff were rude. Nice views but apart from that I wouldn’t recommend this service. Very overpriced for what it is

Lovely horses. We booked s half day Snowdonia riding trip, and it was such a nice and relaxed day. Although riders had different levels, it wasn't causing problems. they took us first to school's paddock and checked that everyone felt confident. Our guide adjusted the route for the less and more advanced, so that we could canter and others could trott safely. I highly recommend this place, and if I will come back to Snowdonia I will definitely will come back.
