Sadly have to give a very low rating. I booked a session, specifically said to them I didn't want to go on a long walk and was told would be able to canter and gallop in the group with my kids of varying ability. Ended up on a walk and trot for over £100. Hardly able to trot as the horse in front refused. Complete waste of our money which is tight. Was told the boss would come and speak to me after one of the (lovely) instructors realized the problem. Left outside for 30 mins and had to ask again, waited another 15 mins. Then Mrs came out instead of Mr and proceeded to try to railroad me. Eventually she listened but was hard work and was dismissed with a "my husband will call you later". Two days later and no response. Kinda spoiled our holiday (first for 5 years) a bit as it was the lion share of our budget for the holiday and it was sort of taken under false pretences. If theyd just apologised I prob would have just left it but as they have just ignored me and obviously don't care then I should review honestly. If you just want what is "written on their tin" I'm sure it'll be fine. Don't ask for anything specific though. It was like going to a fancy restaurant and asking the chef if you can have roast potatoes. You also tell him you don't want chips specifically. He agrees and promises roasties, charges you 100quid, gets the waiter to serve you chips and then disappears when you ask, 'oi! Where's my spuds!?'
