Very disappointing nursery, ended up changing as I was seriously concerned about my child's well-being. They definitely need to improve their settling process, felt like they throw children in deep waters. I would say it is an ok nursery for children who are very independent and just get busy by themselves, requiring minimum attention from teachers. But please don't send your child there if they have any special needs or are on sensitive/clingy side. Their condition will only worsen.

Frankly, I've being part of the snowden hill family for over 5 years now as my son who is now in year 2 also went there and my daughter also attends full time now. I don't think we give nursery staff enough credit for what they do as many parents find it had to entertain their children for one hour let alone a whole morning and afternoon. My daughter absolutely adores the nursery. She loves her friend and the staff make her feel like a princess everyday. She is learning new languages and has recently started doing yoga which the staff have gently introduced. The management are kind and friendly and even if I had any issues with them I would address it personally as no one is perfect. It is a close knit nursery and all the children know and love each other. It's a homely environment and I've never experience any discrimination from any of the staff. The management are approachable and very lovely. From Sarah to Harriett to the lovely ladies Amber, Laura, Jordan, Gemma, Tanya, Katie, Jade and the rest of the girls all take pride in their work and I would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone. I travel 20 mins from my house to take my daughter there even though I have a nursery 5-10 mins away. Goes to show how happy I am with it.

Absolutely fantastic nursery and wonderful staff! My nephew is a huge fan of ‘going to school’ and most importantly, he adores his peers and teachers. The staff are always very informative of what’s happened that day and how he is progressing. He’s got excellent communication skills which we thank to everyone at Snowden Hill. Thank you and keep up the excellent work :)

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My son practically runs through their door and has come on leaps and bounds with his social and intellectual development. He adores his teachers and it’s so encouraging to see the managers getting involved too. Wonderful place and wonderful staff - highly recommend!
