Rob and Ali and the fabulous staff at their snow and Rock are superstars. They are hugely knowledge and give fantastic, appropriate advice. They don't do the hard sell, just advise to help your individual needs. Nothing is too much trouble. I bought the most amazing customized ski boots and the most comfortable yet stylish ski trousers. Worth every penny. I won't be going anywhere else from now onwards. Thanks guys.

Everything in snow&rock is pretty pricey, so maybe not suitable if you’re looking for more budget ski gear, a good selection of quality items though. Staff were friendly. I didn’t end up buying anything since I was shopping for someone else and there’s no wifi or mobile signal inside

The shop is overpriced. I got some gloves from amazon for 20 pounds and saw some very similar ones here for 100+ I went there recently to try and most likely buy some snowboard boots and they told me I had to book an appointment. Nothing was available that day and they recommended to schedule one for the following day. When I asked what the appointment was for, they said “it’s 60-90 minutes to measure your foot and give you the right boot for you feet”. It was straight away followed by “if you don’t buy a pair of boots you have to pay £50”. What kind of nonsense is that?
