Absolutely amazing customer service. The gentleman who helped me was immediately understanding of my needs and picked two pairs for me to try, one of which I would have never picked as it was a brand that I had never heard of. It was the unknown to me brand I ended up purchasing and have been super happy with it. The gait analysis facility here is very useful; I felt like I was in expert hands throughout.

Ella was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer our questions about ski boots. Even though it’s very outside the season for northern hemisphere!

Came in with my partner to get a ski boot fitting. A guy named Will did the appointment and I felt the need to leave a review because he was fantastic. Clearly very clued up and gave lots of well reasoned advice about the products, and was happy to entertain our random questions about how the fitting equipment worked.
