Visited the store last Sunday to buy a sleeping bag. Was looked after by Charlie and team. Very friendly and approachable. I really appreciated the information and knowledge he had to share on camping and the brand. Being new to camping I felt a little nervous entering the store but was welcomed by a friendly face. I love SP product, but F this store, man. Came in, bought 80 pounds worth of stuff, explained I wasn’t from the UK so can’t get this anywhere, and asked the guy for a tote bag and he said we don’t sell it and it’s only for orders 150 and up. It’s a printed tote mate, not a bloody LV bag. Worthless.

Bought a backpack from its online store which is of horrible quality with loose threads and white stains all over the place. Feedback was provided and the customer service just simply replied that the backpack was not defective without further action. A very disappointing shopping experience and will not consider buying any products from this brand again given its low quality. The quality could not match its high price at all!
