Don't turn up 10mins late for your dogs appointment My dog was refused her grooming as they had sent the trainees home I did try to ring up but no one answered the phone Her appointment would have cost me £60/£65! I didn't think much to her customer relations either

Where do I start? Just finished my training at snoots dog grooming. The staff have been absolutely fantastic! Would like to thank Kelly, Jackie, and Kerry for all there hard work and patients, you deserve every success. It’s hands on from the day you start your training, and help is always at hand if needed. If anyone is looking to get get into dog grooming and need the training? Look no further! Can’t recommend snoots enough. Once again thanks The tea boy has left the building!!! For now:-)
