    We had a kitchen fitted over a year ago, when we went into the show room they couldn't do enough for you bent over backwards but the customer service afterwards was absolutely diabolical we had an issue with one of the cupboard doors 6months down the line still no new door no communication from them at all sent over 8 emails to be told we have the replacement door and will fit it when we have the guys available, 1 month later still no door fitted another email sent. To say I wouldn't recommend would be an understatement I really wouldn't use Inline at all so unhappy with them that it makes me fall out of love with my kitchen. Not an happy customer at all

    We have recently had our beautiful new kitchen installed by In-line kitchens, who we have to say from day one were absolutely incredible. The care & attention given to us was second to none. From the planning to the installation the whole project ran like clockwork. Every member of the team were respectful in our home & meticulous in their work, involving us at every stage. We cannot really praise Ian, Beverley & Ryan & their fantastic team enough, we have a gorgeous & greatly admired kitchen & we really cannot recommend In-line enough.

    We have just a full refurbishment done on our existing kitchen and we can't thank Inline Kitchens enough for all the help, advise and support we have received. From initial contacting Inline to the finished product everything has run smoothly. We were asked to give them suggested dates when the work could start and they worked with their diary to suit our diary. The lads who did the works Wayne & Sam were fantastic. They arrived on time and got working straight away, they were pleasant and always were cleaning up after themselves. The lads who fitted the worktop's Danny & Shane were also fantastic. They offered practical advice when setting the template's and offered us alternative ways of how it could be fitted. When they came to fit the worktop's they never stopped and again cleaned up after every step. We could not have asked for more and we are so pleased with the finished job.     Avoid!! We have waited over 6 weeks for a quote which when arrived is nothing like we discussed at the consultation. We have phoned regularly chasing the quote, to be told it would be with us in a matter of days - it obviously never arrived - until today. They have just wasted our time, we now have to start again looking at other fitters. Extremely poor customer service!!
