I found the pre sale communications from Erman to be very good as this was by phone only, when we drove to pick new car up we had a very friendly welcome . the problem came two and a half weeks later when the vechicle broke down , I contated Erman to state this fact and he was only able to offer advise that it could be the clutch pedal or flat tyre,he then advised we had the AA Warranty, Erman also stated that I could drive the vehicle up to him this is 126 miles Away and Ermans mechanic is only part time. My husband then contacted Erman again he stated the same to him, I am now stuck with a car I have finance on and a car we are unable to drive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Today I bought a used BMW X2 from Erman. Very pleasant experience without any hassle. First I met him only last week and had a friendly chat for part exchanging my old BMW X1. He offered a good price for that and saw a newer X2 which I liked. Erman was professional, explained everything I wanted to know and had a test drive. Whole process of buying the car went smoothly within one week unlike with BMW agents which normally takes weeks. Wow what can I say about SNL motors. I brought my BMW 3-Series from them and I must say the condition of the car inside and out was very clean and well presented, the owner Erman was so helpful and friendly from start to finish..👍 He also was so great with my sons having conversation with them about the other cars and there specifications made the whole experience so relaxed and reassuring!!!!! Will defo recommend buying a car from them. Great service😃

Bought a Fiat 500, the bonnet colour did not match, the car was covered in over spray. Within 2 months had to replace slave cylinder connector. Now the paint has cracked on the rear quater panel which looks like its had some repair work before. Contacted them twice by phone never called back. Very poor indeed.
