We hired Snaptcha for our wedding and unfortunately had a very poor experience. They were near impossible to get hold of in the lead up, and despite several calls and emails no one came back to me with a proof of our frame. What we ended up with was a plain white print with our names and "2K18". The "Variety Prop Box" contained about 10 shabby items. There was no GIF feature or video message recording. The attendant was no where to be found the entire night - my bridesmaids and venue staff couldn't find them and the whole thing was a complete embarrassment. I emailed to complain the week after and they admitted there was a problem with the booth and they'd tried their best to remedy the situation on the night. I asked for a 50% refund (which was given) but I'd have expected the attendant to explain the situation on the evening or an email sent apologising rather than me having to reach out and complain. Whilst it seems from other reviews that Snaptcha can deliver, for us it was unfortunately a huge let down on our wedding day.
