Took passport photo today , the person could have taken bit more care to ensure the photo is good and that it has a better lightning, he didn’t even show the photo on camera properly ( a quick shove the camera and didn’t not even give minute) or neither tried to advice on posture.. he was like the photo is acceptable status for in the site. Horrible customer service..

We go here for one off prints and passport photos. The self service stations are good. QUALITY of prints 5/5. VALUE 4/5 Obviously cheaper prints and products are available online however, it's instant here and there is someone to talk to if something's not right. SERVICE 4/5. They are all knowledgeable and on the ball. I love that they upload the passport photos to the government website to make sure it meets the criteria before you leave the shop. A little more enthusiasm and smiles could be trained but that's it.
