Joined a month ago and had been happy so far. The membership is a little pricier than other 24/7 gyms, but was happy to pay to avoid crowds of youngsters occupying every piece of equipment. I usually go after 8pm to avoid peak times, however having an unusual day off from work decided to try an early afternoon workout and wished I hadn’t. I encountered your archetypal gym goer occupying multiple sets of equipment whilst chatting to their mate - one of the prime reasons of not going during peak times - heaven forbid others wanting to use equipment that comes with the membership! I know you get this in every gym, but didn’t expect it in the middle of the afternoon. Suffice to say, membership cancelled. I’d rather pay double at David Lloyd to avoid people like that. On the plus, the gym itself is really nice, as are the staff. Shame about some of the people who go there.

Best gym I’ve ever been to, PTs and staff are absolutely class, always willing to help out with tips and genuinely sound people. Gyms always organised, tidy and the equipment is top notch with different areas which truly help you adapt your workouts. Never completely rammed and queuing to get on a machine, which just makes the whole session a lot more productive. If you’re in this area and you’re not going to snap, start.

Great experience at Snap Fitness. Merchandising & gym layout is spot on and efficient. Effort in the little things such as Hex clamps, fixed EZ bars, amount of clamps to use, & organised weights. Staff very friendly & helpful. Only criticisms being the cable attachments were a bit worn out and absence of temp control in the showers, but minor, as the bathroom/changing facilities were immaculate & good quality. Overall positive experience, quiet & clean gym 8.5/10. Will definitely visit again.
