Freddie and Stuart are really supportive and so are the members, I'm yet to meet a single person who hasn't offered to help me in any way or tried to be social with me in any way and give me advice with my workouts. Honestly really enjoy being in the gym and it's been a brilliant way to ease me into my fitness journey!
