It has everything you will need from a gym. The best bits for me is the friendly staff that say hello and goodbye. They even call you to see how things are going and if there is anything you would like them to improve. They offer a range of classes and PT's it just feels like they care about the members, unlike some other places I've been too.

Amber and team have created a great welcoming environment, making it a fab place to workout. Always so friendly and on hand for advice and motivation. Highly recommend the lunchtime express classes, varied styles so never gets boring plus fits perfectly into my lunch break!! Also love that we can use the other gyms when out and about, to mix up our workouts.

You can their trying to build community atmosphere unlike when I joined nearly 2 years ago. Highly recommend this gym as working unsociable hours this truly is the highlight of my weekday mornings.
