Had my new home snagged in June 2021 by Kevin, lovely person but thought more could be done in identifying major snags. A majority of the snags identified were minor and paint related. There was no mention of more important snags such as the en-suite pipes not being fit correctly, leading to a leak or the front door not being fit properly, leaving a cold draft in the later winter months. I have invited the team to reply in email but have had no response.

Genuinely really impressed by the quality, professionalism and service provided by Snag my New Home. They arrived on time and completed a thorough survey of our property and send over the report by 9pm the next day. The report was detailed and included pictures like the one attached. In total they found 75 snags some of which there is no-way I would have spotted. I presented the report to the developer and they are meeting with me tomorrow to work through these issues and get them resolved. Snag my new home have honestly been brilliant and it really was money well spent! For such a large investment as purchasing a new house for the sake of a few hundred on a snagging survey its totally worth it!

I did a lot of research when choosing a Professional Snagger. I went with Snag My New Home, because of its overwhelming positive reviews. When initially inquiring about the snagging service via whatsapp; they were very responsive and friendly. Mo attended to snag my new home. He clearly explained the process, and then spent over 3hrs inspecting the property. He made sure to explain the snags that he was noting down. The report was delivered within 48hrs. The report was clearly laid out, and very easy to understand. I even had questions after the fact, and he responded instantly. Great service and would definitely recommend.
